Veggie burgers aren’t too bad. This one is vegan (one must carefully read the ingredients before purchase, as veggie burgers sometimes contain eggs) and is cooked using zero added oil. I put my veggie burgers on rye bread (lower on the glycemic index) and add hummus, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. YUM!
