Vegan Pizza

My lunch was so delicious, I felt like it needed it’s own post!

It’s really easy to make. It’s just pita bread with hummus spread on it (avoiding the edges), then peppered and topped with portobello mushrooms (which I quickly fried beforehand), red onions, and black olives. Then, it’s baked at 350 F for 7-8 minutes. So tasty and filling!!
